I don’t know which assignment to start with this morning (I receive assignments that are due daily, and then I have others that trickle in with end-of-the-day deadlines.). My husband and I were attending an event with my oldest son at the college he plans to attend whereby they were handing out scholarships to all their incoming freshman. It was exciting to see all the students my son would be embarking upon his new journey with this fall. Following the event, the college invited all the students and families to have lunch in their campus dining hall. The place was packed to the max. It gave my son a taste not only of the food but also of what it’s going to be like when he’s venturing in there for meals.
